PERSONAL TAX SERVICES
T1 RETURNS
2024 will be our 34th year in the Tax Preparation business. Most clients have their appointments at the home office, with the occasional client requiring a house call. House calls come with an additional cost as travel and time are required to accommodate these special circumstances. Some clients prefer to drop off their documents and come by later to pick them up. This service has a discount and the turn around time could take a week to complete. This is due to appointments taking preference as these returns are prepared as you wait. Long distance clients will either courier, fax or email their documents. These can be finalized with an e-transfer payment and having the signed copy for filing sent back by scan and email or mail, courier, fax or (scanned and emailed).
It's amazing how technology has changed this business in the last 30 + years. I look forward to working with you again this year.
New Clients are by referral only and must come from my Financial Planning Practice. I do not ask any Financial Planning Clients to become Tax Clients, they must request this service.
CORPORATE TAX SERVICES
T2 RETURNS
I have limited the service strictly to Corporate Tax preparation as bookkeeping is not a service that is provided by MobilTax. We will review books and work with bookkeepers to ensure the integrity of the Tax Returns, as the Balance Sheet and Income Statements must correlate properly before filing.
If you know of any great bookkeepers that could be used for referring, I would be glad to meet with them. If I believe they meet my standards then I could create a link to them for anyone who may need their services.

NO BOOKKEEPING SERVICES AVAILABLE, if required this service is outsourced through me to a bookkeeper that I've had a 10 + year relationship with.
